How to heat your neck pillow correctly.

Heat your neck pillow in the microwave or oven.
Important: Always put it in the linen cover that came with the pillow first.
This will prevent the pillow filling from overheating.

Microwave:

1. Heat at approx. 600 watts (medium setting) for approx. 1 minute.
2. If the desired heat has not yet been reached, shake your pillow well
   and heat it on all sides for 15 seconds at a time until the desired heat is reached.
3. Make sure that the neck pillow is in the linen cover and does not touch the microwave wall.
   The microwave plate should be clean and able to rotate freely.

Oven:

• Do not preheat! Use baking paper.
• Convection oven: Middle rack, 130°C, approx. 9-11 min.
• Top and bottom heat: Middle rack, 150°C, approx. 9-11 min.
• The neck pillow must be placed on its own. To prevent the pillow filling from becoming too dry,
  place a bowl of water in the oven.

Safety information:

Only heat your neck pillow in the microwave/oven with the linen cover on!
Check the temperature of the heat pillow before using it.
Please allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating it.
Please follow the operating instructions for your microwave.

Please only wipe with a damp cloth.
